I was so excited when approached by a good friend to design her son's 4th birthday invitations. Her only request: he's having a BUG birthday! Having never drawn bugs before, I knew this would be a challenge, but one I was anxious to take on. After sending a few design options, Owen got to choose his favorite, which happened to be one of my fav's too.
So, to Owen, I hope you have a fabulous creepy, crawly birthday and thank you for letting me be a part of it!!

I have decided to start a blog as a way to keep clients, family & friends updated on the happenings at Mini Wishes. I'm so excited to be doing what I love, and sharing it with so many people along the way. Finding inspiration in my children, our surroundings, and all things that sparkle and shine, the possibilities are endless!

It's off to the races!
Earlier this year I was asked to design a set of custom invitations for a Kentucky Derby Soiree, to coincide with the actual events of the Derby in May. Settling on a color scheme of sparkly golds & Tiffany blue (with a hint of bling), I created what I consider to be one of the most classic representations of my artistic style. I was so fortunate to have the opportunity to work with such great clients on this project and to let the creativity run wild!

A note from the past
There's something to be said about old fashioned note writing, especially in the era of texting, emails & immediate communication. I've had the privilege of designing custom notecards for a number of clients this summer, each custom and one-of-a-kind. They're perfect for birthdays, house-warmings, baby showers, teachers, grandparents, etc. And, with the recent addition of bold & bright envelopes to match, they definitely make a statement in the mailbox! Each set includes 10 flat or folded cards, packaged in a clear box and tied with a mini bow.
Flat card set $ 18
Folded card set $ 22
* shipping and sales tax not included
